The objective of the website is to offer and advertise our products.

Please read the Conditions carefully before using this Website.

We reserve the right to modify these Conditions when necessary without prior notice.

This website is aimed at people over 18 years of age. We recommend that minors consult their parents or guardians before using it.

 

 

Payments and shipments

 

Orders are placed only when the customer receives final purchase confirmation via email.

Once payment has been made, we will prepare the package as soon as possible and send it by certified mail to the address indicated.

During the months of July and August we will ship orders every Monday.

Standard shipments take 2 to 7 business days for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands once the email confirming the shipment with the corresponding tracking number is received.

The delivery time for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the world depends on customs.

Shipping to Spain: €5

Shipping to Europe: €10

Shipping to the rest of the world: €15 

If the product is detained in customs or any amount has to be paid, we are not responsible.

For urgent shipments you can consult us and we will do our best to send it on time.

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are no items in stock or any incident occurs with the order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded.

 

 

Returns

 

For returns, you can write us an email to bynerstudio@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving the product, indicating the order number and purchase date.

The amount of shipping costs is not refunded in any case and all costs generated by the return will be borne by the customer.

Once we have received the product, in perfect condition and unused, we will refund the corresponding amount in the same way that the purchase was made.

Materials

The frames of our glasses are made of acetate and the lenses are polarized category 3 - 100% UV400.

​All glasses include cloth and case.
